Once a student meets requirements under the 搬迁的指导方针, he or she is eligible to complete the “Academic Program Change” form to request relocation to another Pitt campus. These forms are available in the 学术事务 Office. Once completed by the student and returned to the 学术事务 Office for the Dean’s approval, they are then forwarded along with the student’s file to the campus of choice. The student will receive notification by email when his or her file has been sent. 通常在两到三周内, the student will get notification from the new campus whether their relocation has been approved. It is the student’s responsibility to contact the housing and financial aid offices at the new location.
